Multimedia expert

Dina Emmenegger

Dina Emmenegger started her career as a media technician and is now responsible for the entire training of media technician apprentices at Schindler. As an examination expert, she knows exactly what is needed to ensure successful training and can incorporate this as valuable ideas into our basic training for media technicians. As our multimedia expert, she is responsible for a wide variety of projects from film to e-learning through to print designs.

Sheet metal, construction expert

Hariesh Subramaniam

Hariesh completed his apprenticeship as a polytechnic engineer EFZ at Schindler Vocational Training. He now works as a material planner and in operational purchasing. In addition to strategic tasks, his responsibility is to ensure that all items are available for production. This requires close cooperation with production planning, production, purchasing and external suppliers. His training provided him with the appropriate machining expertise and opened up his current career path.

Project management expert

Tamara Zimmerli

As a Learning Solution Specialist, Tamara is responsible for coordinating and documenting a wide variety of projects. In her daily work, she keeps an eye on her programs and projects as well as their process flows. In addition, Tamara ensures good information management, which means that all information is available at the right time and in the right place.

Her training as a commercial clerk provided a solid foundation for her current career path. She learned how to plan her work, manage data and documents, organize herself and her work assignments, and communicate properly with employees and customers. Through her training, she was also able to build up some Schindler expertise and develop a large internal network. Since she now primarily speaks English, she was able to benefit in particular from the KV Plus year.

Expert for IT problems

Kris Zubonja

Kris is the IT Service Manager responsible for IT Operations Management (ITOM). In doing so, he keeps an eye on the capacities, costs, performance, security and availability of the entire IT infrastructure and IT services. Someone wants to buy new software or hardware? Then, they'll have to go through Kris at Schindler. He is the contact person for all IT requests and also problems. In addition to the here and now, he may also venture a look into the future. With targeted projects, he ensures the implementation and further development of Schindler's IT strategy. His training gave him a good foundation in project management, organization, and finance.
